Itrane is located in a perfect spot. Just about a football field away from the main central square in Marakech - close enough to safely access the hotel at night and far enough to be quiet. The front door is managed by staff, so random people aren't just walking in. These staff are super smiley and nice, will help you with anything as you need it. The hotel is 4 or so stories, a pool on the first floor (cold/cool) and a sun deck on the top. Vaulted ceilings throughout and a marvelously restored decor. Organic breakfast is served when you want it and is big enough to fill you through most of the day. No surprises on the bill and fast wireless connection if/as needed.
Not really a bad thing, but the hotel is super comfortable - just make sure you eventually leave! Lots to see around Marakech!

The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent in the centre of medina next to the djemaa el fna. Everything was veryclean and the included breakfast was nice. The rooms were romantic and were elegantly furnished. Also the rooftop had a nice terrace with overview of the whole medina.

Beautifully designed and comfortable accommodations.
The shower in the Junior Suite was an absolute nightmare. It didn't drain properly at all, turning my daily rituals into a frustrating experience. On top of that, the soap dish was ridiculously small. I expected better for the price we paid.

Good-sized and unique room with beautiful terraces, sofas, for example. Absolutely perfect location in the center of the Medina which is perfect, and 5 minute walk from a main square. Close enough to the famed square, restaurant, and the train station.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay in a beautiful Agena Deluxe Double Room, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for enjoying the stunning views. The relaxing pool area and the massage services were just what we needed after a day of exploring. One small thing – a brighter light over the makeup mirror would be nice, but overall, it was an amazing experience! 😊

We loved the location, right in the heart of the medina. The service staff were genuinely interested in making our stay excellent. Our only issue was the shower setup. It was awkward and made the floor wet. They arranged a bike tour for us, a fun way to explore the area.

Fine, Fine, Fine
This place is a beautiful oasis! Just a 5-minute stroll to the bustling markets, yet once you step inside, you're enveloped in tranquility. The garden views from my Junior Suite were a dreamy escape, and I'll never forget those sunrise moments on the rooftop with a cup of mint tea in hand!
